35th Annual Gray Ghost race in Anoka, the Halloween Capital of the World. Race immediately precedes the Halloween Parade and follows the parade route with thousands of cheering spectators. Chip timed on a certified course. Long sleeved technical shirts in women’s and men’s sizes. Costumes are encouraged. Awards for age groups and multiple costume categories.
