Spring Training Program Info Session

Looking for a spring marathon or half marathon training group? Come to the MDRA Spring Marathon and Half Marathon Training Information Session and find out what the MDRA training program is all about! This class is geared toward Grandma’s Marathon and the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon (guaranteed entries available for the half and special perks for the full!)

This 16 week training program is led by certified coaches and includes MDRA gear, training plan and supported runs.
Suitable for runners of all levels and abilities.
A base of at least 15/25 miles per week is recommended.
Class meets Tuesdays & Saturdays at various running locations.
Informational sessions on training topics such as injury prevention, nutrition and different training methods.
$130 MDRA members +$25 for new members
