Stay at Home

As we’ve all heard, the shelter in place/stay at home order goes into effect on Friday evening at midnight and will stay in effect through the following two weeks. This is MDRA’s recommendation on how we should respond:

๐Ÿ‘Do go out and run if you are healthy.
๐ŸกBegin your run from home.
๐ŸšซDon’t travel for a run
๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธDo not gather with others to run; NO groups!
๐Ÿ‘‰Avoid running where others have gathered and you are unable to maintain a safe social distancing.
๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธMake room for safe passing.๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ
๐Ÿ“ธ๐ŸŽผStay in touch via social media (Post your favorite music/podcasts to run with!)
